OUR APPROACH
Five ways in. One discipline.
Majority stakes in established clubs, new expansion franchises, league level equity, minority positions in major franchises, and the businesses athletes build. Different doors into the same asset class, held to the same underwriting and the same patience.
WHY NOW
The economics of sports have institutionalized from the top down.
Major league valuations have outrun individual buyers, and most major U.S. leagues have opened their doors to institutional capital. That repricing is now moving down market, before most institutions have arrived.

The majors opened.
Major franchises now trade as scarce, media backed institutional assets. Fund ownership is no longer the exception. It is the playbook.
The middle is undercapitalized.
Established clubs below the majors trade at a fraction of major league multiples, often with real estate, media, and sponsorship levers unpulled. Emerging leagues need institutional partners for expansion capital and credibility.
The athlete era arrived.
Athletes are becoming owners, founders, and capital allocators, but rarely with an institutional platform behind them. We built that platform.
HOW WE INVEST

Strategy one
Majority club acquisitions
Control positions in established clubs, acquired from the owners and founders who built them. Every club gets institutional grade reporting, a modern commercial operation, and a front office freed to focus on the product and the fans.

Strategy two
New expansion franchises
The most efficient door into a growing league is often the one you build. Our founding team has taken on expansion franchises from paperwork to opening day, and knows what it takes to get cities, counties, and communities excited and bought in.

Strategy three
Minority stakes in major franchises
As major leagues open to institutional capital, structured minority positions in franchises, sized to ownership limits and negotiated for the governance and liquidity terms that matter. Assets of genuine scarcity, held as ballast against the rest of the book.

Strategy four
League level equity
Direct equity or structured debt positions in emerging leagues that we project to grow quickly. One investment carries exposure to every club, the media rights, and the expansion pipeline.

Strategy five
Athlete founded businesses
Growth equity injections in companies founded by athletes, surfaced by our network before bankers arrive. Celebrity is a channel, not a substitute for unit economics.
OUR PROCESS
Identify. Modernize. Hold.
One playbook, applied the same way to a club, a league, or an athlete founded company.
Step one
Identify and Acquire
Our network of athletes, operators, and league relationships surfaces teams, leagues, and athlete founded businesses before they reach the open market. We evaluate each one with the same disciplined underwriting, and we pursue the best of them directly.
Proprietary sourcing through the Athlete Advisory Board and league offices
Full diligence across finance, legal, venue, media, and league approval
Structures built around the seller, from control to structured minority
Step two
Modernize and Strengthen
We bring data, analytics, and modern technology to organizations that have run on instinct. Ticketing, sponsorship, operations, and fan engagement. Our founding team spent years in private equity building exactly these systems inside private companies.
Institutional grade reporting and a real budget from day one
Dynamic pricing, CRM, and sponsorship sales built as a system
A front office freed to focus on the product and the fans
Step three
Grow and Hold
Pricing, venues, sponsorships, and league level scale advantages compound over a long hold. We underwrite with discipline, operate with conviction, and hold with patience.
Venue, media, and mixed use real estate levers pulled over time
Shared services and buying power across the portfolio
Held without a clock forcing an exit, so value compounds
